After 10 minutes late you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $20. This fee applies if client is more than 10 minutes late and $1 for each minute after 10 up to 20. After 20 minutes, the client will have to reschedule and a $30 fee applies. Client can't rebooked unless fee is paid.
